A Message From Greg
Dear Loved Ones,
As you know by now, on May 26th, 2011 I was seriously wounded while conducting a dismounted patrol in southeastern Afghanistan… The blast from the IED caused me to lose both of my legs and my right arm was seriously injured.
While their goal was to kill me, they could not, and I’m resolved to make the most of this precious life that God has granted me. I’m currently recovering at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, where I will be for the foreseeable future. To be sure, I have a long and difficult road ahead of me, but with your help I look forward to many happy days together in the future.
